The New Zealand International Science Festival welcomes Science in a Van from Tāmaki Makaurau! 

Celebrating 15 years of bringing science to life across the motu, Science in a Van presents their crowd-favourite show, The Wonderful World of Bubbles, a high-energy, joy-filled exploration that’s as spectacular as it is surprising.

Perfect for whānau audiences and holiday programmes, this interactive show dives into the magic of materials – how we identify them, sort them, mix them, and sometimes completely transform them. Expect hands-on moments, big reactions, and science that pops with excitement.

Designed with 4–8 year olds in mind but packed with fun for all ages, this show takes you step-by-step through the scientific process, with plenty of twists along the way...

And yes — get ready for GIANT bubbles!
